removing the Keyboard Trim:

Establishing Image.


Remove the five screws securing the keyboard trim to the system.


Pry up the keyboard trim from the top right corner, working your way along the top.


Work your way along the sides and the bottom.


Carefully flip over the keyboard trim.


Disconnect the media button board cable.


Remove the keyboard trim from the system.


Complete.

removing the Keyboard:

Establishing Image.


Remove the five screws securing the keyboard to the system.


Lift the back edge of the keyboard and carefully flip over.


Disconnect the keyboard FPC and the keyboard backlight FPC.


Remove the keyboard from the system.


Complete.

removing the WLAN Card:

Establishing Image.


Disconnect any antennas that may be connected to the WLAN card.


Remove the screw securing the WLAN card to the system.


Remove the WLAN card from the system.


Complete.

removing the Memory:

Establishing Image.


Gently pry the securing clips away from the memory.


Remove the memory from the system.


Complete.

removing the Secondary Memory:

Establishing Image.


Remove the three screws securing the RAM support bracket to the system.


Remove the RAM support bracket from the system.


Gently pry the securing clips away from the memory.


Remove the memory from the system.


Complete.

removing the First Hard Drive:

Establishing Image.


Loosen the three captive screws securing the hard drive bracket to the system


Use the tab to pull the hard drive bracket upward and remove it from the system.


Remove the four screws securing the hard drive bracket to the hard drive.


Remove the hard drive bracket from the hard drive.


Complete.
