Best I've tasted in Cebu would be a toss-up between Arano's and Casino Espanyol.....advantage gamay sa Casino if paresan nimo sa ilang lengua estofada, while ang lami nga ipares sa Arano's paella would be their goat meat dish.....for take-out dishes, try the paella sa Red Carpet Catering....their smallest size is 800php good for 8-10 persons....naay Paella sa Patio Isabel pero by order and not part of their buffet. Lami pud siya (we had it last April 2010, and not sure if they still offer it)......we ordered in advance lang when we had a business meeting didto and we used their function room......

ipar's at ramos st. good price. ang sa casino espanol is mahal and di na jud pareha ka lami sa una. most of the time soggy ang rice..
