after gyud sa batch namo ky mao man to ang mandate sa Dept. Ed/CHED sa nursing schools na AHSE na. d lang ka basta2x change ang USC on their own but they have to follow as well.
I am a carolinian too and gi usab gyud nila after namo ang curriculum. but even before ky naa nami signs nagka ubos ang passing rate namo adto. pero not as much as this pod. they even consider us na bati na breed compared to the peak time sa history til 1995 ang pinaka love sa dept.

hehehe...u dont have to na oi. all u need is refresh lang here and there. kung naay advancement seminars for skill developement, go daun. tan-awa lang pod ang outline sa topics kung ma interested pa pod ka. basta naa na nimo, ma recall ra na and automatic mo gawas ra na puhon imo skills.
total naa ang internet, there is a wide array of information diha and instructional videos pwede mahimo resource. y not use it diba? or make a common click group na mag meet mo weekends or within the week just to share your experiences or learnings, or bisan mag discussion gihapon. kung naa mo friends na naa sa clinical field himo-a ninyo as a resource or mentor. in this way, u are all learning.
dato pa lang ko...i would make a facility na makatabang sa learning and practice sa RNs. whahaha....in my dreams ra ni mahitabo!

also in comparing with other courses, can't help but wonder man gud
example for an ECE course para ma reach ang 20K+, it would take them 12-15 years pa...
