here's the plan..

ahead of time, try to go online/any office which you can register a star under her name or combo of your names and of course bring the certificate with you on the special night... (inspired by the movie,a walk to remember)

then plan a dinner with the family and friends as accomplices on a pretext that you're going abroad for a job offer so despidida konohay... the place for dinner should be out in the lawn where you can see the stars in their best element (so pls know ahead of time if it's gonna rain)... then you make a speech about thanking the peeps who are with you on your last night then u call her out and tell her some endearing words to her so she would feel the moment then ask her to look at the stars (would be better with the telescope) then let her ask you the name of the star -- when she would wonder why such name, give her the rolled paper which is the certificate... for sure she would be floored and tell her this as a finale...

"That star would show how special you are to me that I would do anything for you, (her pet name)... And I want from this moment on, we'll be watching that star for the rest of our lives baby... (u kneel down with the ring at hand) baby, do you want to watch the stars with me for the rest of your life?"

but you need to have an accomplice nGa police..hehehe..i know its impossible pero just try lang to hangYo them.. ani ni xa, u will call her at night or whatever time your comfortable to propose to her, and then tell her your in a police station coz ur being accused of thief..make it sure that your parents were into these, i mean kahibaw na cla daan sa imong plano... and then your girlfriend comes to the police station were d 3 of you together wt the police discussing about the fake incident..and of course, your girlfriend will ask if what crime you did... and then the police will say " He just get this valuable thing that supposedly belongs to you and then the police gives the ring.....and then uR on bended knee asking her to marry you......hihihihih
