go to control panel, naay network dinha, i-open, dinha pag-instal/setupl ug dial-up networking, try lang, i-forgot the whole steps, dili man ko ka simulate bec xp man unit nako.

para mas dali... Pangita nalang ug naay windows 98 sad... then copy the link of the dial network sa ilang control panel then save sa diskette then transfer sa imong computer.....

Go to control panel -> add and remove programs -> windows set up ->communications then check dial up networking. If asks for cd source, insert win98 installer.
