cant extend display

hello istoryans.

can any body help me out, my video card can only detect one monitor. tried only plugging one monitor and it seems ok. but when two are plugged, only one is detected in the catalyst control center. tried force detect and still one only. downloaded the latest driver from ati and still the same. my VC is 6970 . it has 2 DVI. it can only display in dvi 1.

tried installing the old driver.. still the same..

by the way im using two monitors which needs a dvi adapter to vga. is it that the second dvi port of the card only supports DVI only.



anybody knows the solution or knowledge who really knows the specs of 6970?

try lower, more stable version driver? completely remove and reinstall driver?

bro, duda ko kay naa problema sa imo card... try daw ug one monitor lang then e transfer2x sa either nga dvi..

try taud tanan then.. press windows+p couple of times? para toggle sa duplicate or extend.. try ang duplicate..

Di man ni applicable siguro, mura ang pasabot sa TS kay wala gyud display sa usa ka monitor. Dunno.

tried transfer transfer sa mga monitor.. wala gyud basta sa DVI 2 naku itaod. DVI 1 naa.
