its not only ang lapu-lapu city, even mandaue, cebu ug talisay naay issue about calamity fund, ang sa lapu-lapu lang ang pinaka garapal.... basin c ouano mo declare ug state of calamity kay tungod sa nahitabo gahapon noh? heheheh.... grabeh na jud kung mao na....

I'm staying in Lapu-lapu for almost 4 years now, if wala intawon ang ASEAN summit wala jud pagbago.
wala dranaige ang mga road, lubak2x pa jud, asa kaha ang ato mga taxes?
