100(original amount borrowed) - 2(amount paid back) = 98(final amount borrowed)

97 (amount spent) + 1 (amount kept) = 98 (final amount borrowed)

The one peso that you kept is already included in the final amount borrowed, i.e. it's included in the amount that you still have to pay back. So there is no sense in adding it to 98.

Mga brad, kanang I'm not sure if I'll say this right, I actually have a problem expressing my thoughts most of the time. Dili ko gapa villain2 dini ha but I think... as in think lang ha wala kayo ta gasunod sa instructions sa TS dini nga thread... siguro we have to agree to allow the TS to change the instructions, i.e. dili nalang ni girls vs. Boys na battle...basin ma bantayan ni sa mga boss ba. nainactive na siyag kalit atong 1st week of january... I thought the thread was deleted. The TS himself subscribed the thread kay didto man pud nako siya una nga naencounter.

Ganahan ko actually ani nga thread and infact isa rapud ni sa 3 ka threads dini humor akong gina subscribe karon since nangadelete tong ako uban favorites...

So much for the bla bla, I suggest we stick to the rule (and maybe ask the TS unsa najud status if the G and B are really competing like pila najud points), or agree if we could disregard the "girls vs. Boys" thing (that also includes changing the instructions in the first post by the TS) but the think the latter would violate na dayon rule 3 sa Humor Section Rules --->

@scorpia: Yep, contrary to what most people I encounter online think, I'm actually a girl. I don't really bother correcting anyone who thinks I'm a guy.

I'm in favor of having the TS change the rules in the first post. But unfortunately, as you mentioned, it would be against the rules. The battle's not really boys vs. girls anymore. Only a few posts have the explicit instruction whether it's for boys or for girls anyway. I am guilty of not checking to which gender the riddle/brain teaser is meant for. I just try to answer whatever catches my interest. Sorry. OTL

I don't think anyone's keeping track of the scores. Hammer_and_Sickle asked for an update on the scores on page 10, but noone answered his question.

Just so this post won't be wholly off-topic, here's a question for the guys.
