Hi sa mga taga Accenture.. Naa ko question about sa relocation nila since pwede man jud ka i-reassign other place like hired diri Cebu so basically ang salary is enough ra jud sa Cebu but what if ma-reassign sa Manila after 3 months for example same ba gihapon ang sweldo ana didto? Naa ba na additional madawat like sa additional expenses since mahal didto ang palitunon ug rent sa balay. Please help me on this. Thanks.

Hello. Ang salary sa Manila and Cebu Accenture kay the same ra. This is what I know.

If Cebu-based ka, then ipadala ka sa Manila for a project, usually kay i-hotel ka ana, with per diem pa gyud. Dili gyud ka alkansi sa per diem.

But to the extent of moving out.. Also got bored at some point but talking to my HR Rep helped a lot as I got out of boredom..

Yeah Accenture is still a great place to work with work life balance unlike the company where you applied..
