The popularity of Pacquiao as a Boxer at the same time a congressman will surely be the way to let other people's know how corrupt our politicians here... purya gaba!
Sarangani was governed by Chiongbian's for decades and they can't even build a hospital, Pacquiao made it happen inside his first term.
