usa pa ako question. would an abduction require a preliminary recon? diba you have to pick your victims first before you act? Witnesses say that there was a white guy hanging around the area giving away candies. Clue na gani na. That's more than enough witnesses to establish who did it. Instead they relied on a small batch of children which i doubt wala na nakakita since ang babae man kaha nanaog they wouldn't notice the driver that much.

Impossible kaayo ning check in sila 4pm then adto sa mingla around 6pm. Let's just say naa pa gihapon si Ellah at that time dalia ra gud nila makapili!

Based lang sa story of events specific gyud pagkapili si ellah. Meaning dugay nana gibantayan sa kidnapper. How does that add up to the norwegian who only arrived on the same day the girl was missing?!

I believe the laptop is on police custody. By law they cannot force the foreigner to provide the laptop's password. Its invasion of privacy unless they have a court order. Why not just let foreigner open the laptop himself with police, media and lawyer as witnesses for them to see the stamped pictures they allegedly have that will show they were in the hotel at the time of the abduction?

Esdrelon said they have pictures with dates, which were saved in their laptop, to show they were at the hotel on the day Ellah was last seen being picked up outside her school in Minglanilla.

Their statements on why this case is solved

Criminal charges will be filed today with the prosecutor’s office, said Supt. Digal. Under police policy, once a case is filed, the crime is considered “solved” for the record.
“Identified gyud sila sa mga witnesses (They were really identified by the witnesses).”
His co-members of the Provincial Anti-Crime Task Force agreed they had a sure case. Digal said police are not considering any other suspects.

^^ it all boils down to the reward. sayopa gyud sa mga buang oi. dapat wala unta na gisaba ang reward. They should have done after the case has gone unreasonably long. introducing it now causes disharmony among citizens.

actually they are obligated to give them a sizeable compensation. Compensation that will be deducted from OUR taxes so they better not f*ck this one up!

Sabino Dapat, Norway's Honorary Consul for Cebu province, said he was informed about the plight of Norwegian computer engineer Sven Erik Berger and Karen Castro Esdrelon by their embassy yesterday.

“It's obviously a case of mistaken identity. He was just here for the marriage,” Dapat told .

If this is proven, Dapat said this would discourage foreign tourists.

“Tourists, especially the Norwegians, would be hesitant to come here,” he said.
