No it cant, plus if your mobo is still supports agp i doubt your other components can handle 2k11 at high settings.

He asked about high settings eh. I seriously doubt makaya. Based on Minimum System Requirements below it can definitely run the game but low to mid settings lang siguro depending on his other components.
