can you please describe how and what does your sessions look like?

most shrinks i know just perform the usual question and answer this and that list.. draw this and that.. that kind of thing.

@tophat: my sessions are just the usual shrink stuffs. i don't do hypnotherapy and regression for it requires a license to conduct. those are very serious stuffs.

what i do is still the typical question and answer but i dont settle in telling you what is the problem and charge you per hour. i go further on making you realize the problem and accept the whole situation. so you have the strength to move on and deal things on your own.
