you have to find out for yourself.
you have the right to know what's inside your food.

if they won't say then don't buy.

i find it very misleading that some shops uses powdered mixes and charges you 300% or more for something that is really nothing more than a soured version of a softserve ice cream.

unlike in manila where they use real yogurt. and even have real yakult ice cream. and i really dont care if i have to pay 150 pesos or more for it. because i know it's good for me and i know it's the real stuff.

agree jud ku ani sir! it is VERY misleading! sometimes pa jud ang mga tindera they can't give a proper answer! they'll just say 'ambot' or 'yogurt man jud siguro' grr...i hope the government will do something about it. not just sa frozen yogurts but in general, food sold in the market! a lot are willing to pay the price as long as there is a guarantee that the product you buy is truly beneficial to your health.

Btw, i want to try your ice cream someday...
i prefer homemade than synthetic(correct me if im wrong.hehe)
nope. never had the talent on making yogurt. i can make spoiled milk if you want...
just give me a call anytime soon.
to be honest i still love the old ice cream back in the 80's and 90's remember tivoli and the old magnolia? those were the days that ice cream was not just full of air and chemicals... it was a proper ice cream.

maybe that is one of the reasons why i started making my own... im just fed up with how the big players made a mockery of one of the glorious invention of man...

OT. im all for living healthy and eating healthy. but when it comes to desserts. it's something that you indulge. a "reward" if you will. for yourself... it's something personal and deep in your heart you say to yourself that you deserve this and no one can take it away from you... no if's no but's no COMPROMISES...
