if i had ur money i would consider a consignment shop, carenderia, barbershop/parlor....u might not be interested in these of course as in the end it would really depend on ur interest/passion. dali ra mahurot ang 200k sa panweldo ug space rental lang daan, and there will be times when ur passion would be the only sustaining force. kung dili nimo gusto ang type of business dali ra kaayu i-undang, so i suggest that you look for one that u like as well. =)

lisod jud kaau halinon ang car now a days, mas maau bro kanang ginagmay lang na butang, comprahon nimo og barato nya baligya nimo og igo2 lang pud na ma hulog gihapon sa barato para dali ma halin, ayaw lang og palabi og patong aron dali ang turnaround sa imong kwarta.

I agree depende gyud na cya sa imo passion kay nindot gyud i manage sa business if hilig sad na cya nimu besides dali a nimu ma market naa sad sustainability coz you yourself believes in it. Another thing is unsa gyud in demand sa area and kinsa imu prospect customers and how do you intend to sell it networking ba or walk-in as in store? a lot of factors to be considered in setting up a business. Make your study, write everything down na masulod sa imo mind while brainstorming and you'll be surprise to see the answer's if not all are mostly there.
Ba careful not to put your hard earned money in any kind of business w/out further studying and understanding it first. Goodluck!
