Phil asks Angel out on a Valentine date; Angel declines

BEING date-less this coming Valentines’ Day is the least of her worries, according to Angel Locsin. After all, she isn’t free at all to go out on a date on that day.

She happens to have work on that day. She is shooting "Embrace Me" with Aga Muhlach. They intend to finish the movie by the second week of March.

"Maganda lang talaga ang movie, kaya kahit ganito katagal it took to finish it, excited kami kapuwa ni Aga everytime we are scheduled for work on it," she said. "Karamihan sa mga eksenang kukunan na sa amin ngayon are our dance sequence.

"And I tell you, madugo ang mga eksenang ito, katulad ng mga fight scenes ko sa ‘Imortal.’

"Pero, sabi nga nila, I should feel lucky to be doing the role I’m now playing, in both my movie and my series. Both roles are challenging and, thus, require the best in me.

"And everyone agrees I deliver naman."

nganong sa twitter man pud sya nang invite og date?.... im wondering. its better to ask someone in person for a date, right? I mean at least in private.

Tim Yap and TJ Manotoc fight over Phil Younghushand!

Did Angel Locsin and Phil Younghusband’s well-publicized Valentine’s date push though? The answer depends on who’s your source. Tim Yap says it did last Saturday but TJ Manotoc tweets it did not.


TIM YAP: “Just learned that Phil Younghusband will be going out on a date with Angel Locsin tomorrow (February 12, Saturday). They’re gonna go to target shooting. Hanep!”

TJ MANOTOC: “Sorry folks. I just checked with Phil & as per him, the shooting range date ain’t true, hold your horses.”

TIM: “I was with the Azkals the whole night last night (Saturday) for a private party and I was tweeting at the same time. I stand by my tweets.”

TIM in another tweet: “Well, let me quote who told me last night — his own brother James. There are certain things not ‘revealed’ just to anyone.”

TIM in yet another tweet: “Maybe they’ll deny it na after this which is their prerogative, really. TJ, you should do showbiz news with Gretchen Fullido.”

TJ answers: “Tim heard it from James, I heard it from Phil, so pls. don’t pit me & my friend Tim vs. each other. Just ask James & Phil. Peace.”


TJ adds: “Follow me Tim so I can dm.”

UP/DATE: The buzz is Tim wants to block TJ to his Twitter account.


IN/SIGHT: When asked this a.m. if the Angel and Phil date took place last Saturday, manager Ethel Ramos answers by SMS: “May taping siya (Angel) for Imortal today. Thanks.”
The answer might be out of topic but it could mean two things: She does not want to give a direct answer or Angel has better things to do.
