30 - 40k, but i'm still canvassing it'll be fine if i get less but i prefer to stick with the budget, is it enough?

You must understand, we don't want everyone just barging in here asking for specs and then leaving afterwards... What we want is for you to learn so that you will be able to know some Computer Knowledge/Lore and this will save you from being ripped-off in the later part (especially when your PC starts to break down - and it will, a few months/years on).
