Lately juvenile gangs have been emboldened to do robberies and killings because of the law that prohibits them minors/criminals of being prosecuted. What a crock of tooooooot!!!! I say we persecute instead of prosecute em...they do "time" in a juve facility/dswd or "jail" for rehab... seriously this is a mockery of the filipinos' intelligence. What a loophole here guys.....?

It just hit me at home now these bastards are playing bandits in the streets of Cebu and willing to kill at a slightest provocation...oh do not ever go to the high on the drugs thing again, that's just another for the rap sheet.... karaan na kayu na nga rason..
