    CATS is no longer offering flight training. ang ilang ma.offer kay ground schooling nalang then ila irefer sa aviatours (diri ko nagflying sauna) for the flight training.

    sa dumaguete ka nagflying sir? take nalang refresher course then tiwas daun sa imo flying sir. sayang kaayo.

    depende. it varies from one company/airline to another. it also varies on what type of aircraft you fly.

    veteran pilots and aviation professionals wouldn't really encourage you to take the academic course BSAT. they would advice you to take a different course while taking flying lessons instead. the reason? so that in case you can't pursue a career as a pilot once you finish your flying training, you still have another career as a back up.

    you mentioned you're an BSIT grad right? so you have a back up career in hand already. if you wanna become a pilot, you don't have to study a BSAT course just to be one. enroll nalang og ground and flight training sa mga flight schools in the general aviation area sa airport. but if you like to be an aircraft mechanic, AMT is the course to go.

    however, if you wanna become an aircraft engineer and take the responsibility of designing and building aircraft, BS aeronautical engineering would give you that. if you like electronics, then BS avionics (aviation electronics) technology would suit best for you.

Ni pursue ko ani nga walay duha duha kay ang prospectus sa Indiana mo pasar man ug pre-law sa ADMU, USC, UC, tanan skwelahan, in short. Pero ikaw, since naa naman kay IT na course, pag ground schooling nalang jud brad. Aviatour sa Hangar. Daghan gaingun nindut na dira. Bisag mga taga IAU, nag ingun na nindut ang Aviatour kung dili bachelor's degree imong kwaon. Rates nila kay package mana gud (kita kos website). Sa IAU, 7k per hour na (6500 pa karon).. plus ground schooling na amo sem kay 20k - 30k per sem. Do the math lang bro and ayaw lang ka shock kung dako kay dako sad baya DAW sweldo.

    Sa IAU bro, 7k per hour naman next school year. (sturya sturya rani kay sa pagkakaron, 6500 pa) Cessna 150 diay na na rate. Ang Cessna 172 kay 10,500 nga mukabat ug 11k next year. Sturya nasad.

    Bro, sa ako nabaw-an, LOCAL: 100K STARTING. not bad. Pero highest earning sa PAL kay 500K because they spend 10MILLION for training sa ilang pilots for free (mao ni naa sa news) while and CebuPac pilots needs to spend more or less, not sure, 5M if 00 hours paka para makakuha ug MULTI-CREW PILOT LICENSE. Mas maayo mag start ug student pilot license, SPL. Murag libug kung mudiretso MPL.

    bro, sa Aviatour ako ma recommend. Package man ila didto. So, apil jud flying hours. Wa man sad gamit ang ground schooling kung di palupad. Sa Indiana, BS course, 4 years, 20k - 30k per sem. Depende sa units.
