    mao mn gud na main requirement sa call centers na at least miski d ka American Accent paminawon, neutral imo accent or fluent speaker lang ka sa english..
    Ang pinaka effective kay practice jud ka.. pero lahi man gud ipractice diri kay ug naay sayop sa imong isulti, wala may mu correct nimo kay ma uwaw..

    lisod ng mag practice pirmi pero d ghapon kbaw unsay sakto..
    try lang ug apil anang mga free training for call centers

    note that if you can't speak it with correct grammar and construction, you cant write it so lisod ghapon mag chat support ka..

    paningkamot lang jd if mao na imo dream.. but careful2x what you wish for...hago ug kapoy ang call center! it's not an easy job like what everyone wants!

    Recently hired mi sa among team/ account. Kaya raman ang English sa tinoud lang. Ang dapat nimong i-improve kai ang pagpronounce ug open your mouth well enough. You also need to smile and articulate your message in a way nga maayo sa customer. Hinoun masabot sa nimo ang frustation nila kung mangita sila American kay minsan dili nila masabot ang situation kay wala na klaro ang problema/ resolution para nila.

    Kung fluent naka mo English madali rana nimo ang trabaho.

    u dont really need to have an american accent. neutral english lang. kanang masabtan ang pronounciation. its crucial man sad kung di mao ang imong pagka pronounce kay dili mo magkasinabot. example, bisaya accent sa "toilet" ug mo ingon ka, where is your twilit yatap na. di jud mo magka sinabot kay sa english, ang pag pronounce ana kay, toylet man. but bro, there is always room for improvement. ayaw lang give up and of course work hard to become better. ang sueldo ra ang maau sa call center but the work, my gosh, ambot lang sa uban, but been there, done that
