ok, ive just had enuf of these rumors..hehhe personally speaking a lot has being going on with the accnt for sometime now..and iwill lay down the facts as i had justcome from a meeting with the site diretor himself to clarify the current stat of the accnt.
FACTS:
1. we have been beating CVG for 2weeks straight now. cvg51 vs. stream56 percent.
2. xbox is a goldmine, so i dont think stream will allow to lose the accnt
3. the accnt was never a giveaway. ms awarded it to stream bec. ms has had lot of exp with stream outside of the phils.
4.we are now currently hiring for 2 wAves this march. goodnews for the guys whos lukng to get in the coolest accnt in the whole bpo industry
5. and to drive home the point. microsoft just recently awarded us again 70 seats to support xbox customers in NZ & AUS

ok so those are the facts, i admit the morale of the agents and higher ups are low ryt now bec of the reshuffling, reprofiling, transfers to back office and etc. but u see the point in all these is so that stream can keep the accnt more productive. by the way for d guy who mentioned that he had a friend that was an asg nd got reprofiled, i wanna tell him that his friend didnt get demoted he s still an asg. yes he makes calls but he is technically with a elite unit of xbox of chosen highly technical asg's to form the escalations team of ceb site and im pretty sure he will say he enjoys the job than being an asg..

and for those yappers out there, i know its cliche and ol that but guys u need to get ur facts straight. i dont care how u do it but before saying trash about the company and the accnt..try to get urselves hired first..experience it and learn from it..

to those nga na re profile i feel sorry for u guys i know its quite unfair and we all felt the gap after u guys left. but wa ta me hems if nag change ug heart napud rn ang stream by not allowing xbox agents to be reprofiled bt instead transfering to other depts like xbox chat support,email and fax..i just wish naka abot pa mu ani..

for those of u wondering..im not a big shot at xbox or any of that sort..i jst happen to be the type to ask thefacts straight from sumbody who clearly knows the real deal..and i happen to care a lot about the accnt since i think this is the coolest job and accnt in the whole it park.

Turn of events diay kaayo ang score, when I was still there upto early january ang score sa stream kay around 50+ then ang CVG was doing like 70+ karon sila nasad ni naog!

I got discontinued for some sh*t that I was never given a chance to explain, gi maniho ug maayo sa isa ka tao para ma wagtang ko dayun

from what i know cvg manila and harte-hanks are the service vendors of xbox besides stream i cud be definatly wrong though..hartehanks are the so called tier2..while cvg and stream are the frontliners..

d only reklamo nako sa accnt is i hope they hire more pretty women! hahaha agents need some eye candy too u know..mostly laki ang naa sa accnt..hehehehe
