i doubt bro... dili mo gukod ang IBM not unless inana ka need nila ang tao... they evaluate man gud based on your current skill sets and not based on what others may have out there... mao na akong na observe anang companyaha

I'm not sure if you can apply online, but it should be possible.
In my case, I sent my resume to an IBMer, and s/he sent me a link to register/confirm.
That was the start of my application with IBM.
