ni tawag man gud ko to make a followup, then the HR just said, if no one had called you in the past three weeks, then that means nga wala ka kapasar sa evaluation. "we only call those who are hired sir"

sa ako disappointment.. after the usual "thank yous".. goodbye na ko.

You have the privilege to ask, of course... But usually, they will just tell you that your qualifications doesn't presently fit with the available positions in the company.

If you want further details, that is the company's prerogative to withhold or release such informations.

hinuon. it would depend rapud sa company for it would take some time for them to evaluate and check if you are really qualified for the job.

for me there are only 2 reasons on why HR will hire or will not hire you..1.) maybe because you are not qualified & #2 you are over-qualified for the position that they were looking as you have noted that you are new in Phils. well it is suffice to say either perhaps you're an over qualified applicant!!
