Maybe you should share info on that agency on this thread, there might be others who would be interested.
I forgot the name of the agency. Our professor handled all the negotiation. It's kind of related with our subject Aircraft Performance man gud so siya nag handle.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay?

Will you be staying in Angeles overnight? If yes, what's the name of the place you'll be staying in? I'm asking because I'm deliberating on going on Saturday noon and staying until Sunday afternoon. I'm checking out possible places.

Whee~ I'm so productive! Thought I'd share with you the fruits of my research.

Angeles city is approximately 90 kilometres away from Manila.
Hence, journey by road, depending on the traffic, will take about 2 to 3 hours via the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX).

How to get to Angeles, Pampanga from Manila:
Go to Cubao and choose between Victory Liner or Five Star.
Take the buses going to Dagupan or Baguio. Make sure the bus stops at Dau-Mabalacat Terminal - this is where you will get off the bus.
Look for a jeep bound for CPOINT.
When the jeep reaches its terminal get down and walk towards SM Clark.
From there, you can take a trike, jeepney or taxi to your final destination.
It takes around 30 minutes by taxi from SM Clark to Clark Special Economic Zone.
Finally decided on staying in Angeles overnight on Saturday then going back to Manila on Sunday afternoon. I figured, why not try out the entertainment district in Angeles? It is famous after all for its booming nightlife scene.

Haha, are you of legal age?
I'm actually going with my boyfriend, I'll ask him if he wants to hang out with fellow Cebuanos. His flight to Manila is supposed to be on Feb15, we moved it earlier so we can go to this event. So, he'll be arriving here on Feb12 instead.

Is Blue Bianco Suites near SM Clark? Or is it nearer to the venue? What is their room rate? I made a reservation at Sun Moon Hotel, the rate is Php854 (or was it 864?) per night.

the baskets (yeah, I think they are called so) can only accom like 3 to 4 people (I saw 5), so, I doubt if you can ride any of those balloons if you don't know the aviators (the balloonists or owners) themselves. like last year, we asked around to no avail. they have families enough to fill a thousand balloon flights so am not sure how they can take 'walk-in' riders haha!

they land kilometers away and may not because they cannot return until its sundown when the winds have reversed in their favor. og nisakay diay ka, mag-unsa ka sa open field nga gi-landingan aber? and for the whole day? ayay! tan-aw nalang gud! and most often the landing is mbusdak ang basket

aw there's a real balloon that accepts rides diha sa grounds but up and down ra ang ride kay gihigot sa poste!

the party (esp on closing night) is a blast. make sure na mo sakyanan going back to civilization kay the field is a bit far.

dont forget to check-out the displays of the avschools and the military's recruitment booths. naa baya ex-model nga airforce pilot and she's usually around to encourage folks to enlist. photo-op sad oi kay gwapa ayu in her jumpsuit!

watchout too for the skydivers og katong nag-parachute with big electric fan in their backs. remember... its a festival of "everything that flies" so the whole day daghan spectacles

at end of day (inig ka landing sa mga balloons) ready your videocams or vid function sa P&S kay sigaan na nila alternately to the tune of the disco music. da giant christmas lights effect!

remember the Sinulog photo contest? there's also something like that there, so with your ID you can go beyond the fence and even touch the balloons or talk to the pilots etc.,

finally, for those staying at Angeles... ayaw kalimti, since your hotel/inn will probably be in the red district, following day suroy sa mga bars in the morning. yep, pastilan 8AM pa daghan nay foreigner mag-inom! daghan pud bisdak GROs hehe
