Scrapbook would be lovely you can make it more interesting by adding text messages from him which you have saved in ur inbox or add mementos from ur first few dates to relive once again of those sweet memories

As for the cooking part, you can fix him up wid mini sandwiches and chips plus his fave drink... You can have DVD marathon in ur living room hehehe so modify Lang the surprises I have mentioned..

I have another tip if u haven't celebrated ur first anniversary yet, give him a scrapbook of your first experiences like first date, kiss, fight, out of town sorta thing so the book can be ur First Love Book I did that to my ex on our first and he was in tears coz tWas super sweet and the best gift daw hehehe...
