A lot of retailers dont really divulge this information but what you really need is to be in contact with the authorized distributor of the brand names, you can simply go to their website and look for "where to buy" or something similar it will list the authorized distributor for each specific region/country.

Some well known official distro such as PC Trends, AsianTech and Axis Global, you go to their website and see the brands they carry, a lot of brand names have more than 1 official distro.. its all a matter of pricing and availability.

Again, simple formula to get the official distro is to go to the official site and look for the where to buy/partners list if Philippines is not yet listed and you are aware that the brand name is here try to directly contact the company via email and they will be able to provide you with contact details for their local distro.

MDR and CBX also carries specific brand names as a distributor but I already forgot whats specific to them, I think it was AOC or something else, aside from that we have Fine Upgrades for Silverstone Products.
