i've been called for an interview. dili 6th floor sa Keppel. there are only 2 persons naa didto: the accountant and the director.

customer benefit services. sorry I don't know about Verizon or anything call center related coz I've never been worked in a call center.
i've got a good talk with the director who interviewed me. and told him I didn't find any info about the company in the web. he just simply answered that it's a secret company. and that they will be transferring to a bigger space, the higher floor of Keppel.
