try to change the IP sa imong Router basin conflict na siya sa imong IP sa Bayantel Modem. Ang imong Bayantel bro pede siya ma gamit bisan asa nga laptop nimo e paslak? or sa usa ra kalaptop jud siya mo work... kay basin naka lock lang na sa imong Laptop during first installation sa Bayantel. in that case you need to clone your mac address sa latop didto sa imong router...

ang 192.168.1.1 raba kay common jud ni which is maoy maka conflict nga dili ka maka net so better change jud ang router to 192.170.1.1

Check sa imong manual kong unsay IP add sa CISCO nimo including User/Password

    192.168.1.1
admin/admin ra na siya as default

mostly and default ip address sa mga bayantel modem is 192.168.1.1 so as what naborbong said just change your wireless router lan ip address to something else. And make sure you know the static IP address of your bayantel connection. Para mao ni imo e ibutang sa wan side sa wireless router.

unsa nga Ip Add ang i lease sa imo modem if connect ka imong laptop. if naka dhcp na imo modem router, configure your AP/wireless router as Access Point lang. connect the LAN side (Ethernet Port) of your modem to LAN side of your Wireless Router not on Internet Port. Try!

    1. Make sure your bayantel modem is not connected to your router.
    2. Connect your router to your laptop.
    3. Login to Router's Web Interface assuming: 192.168.1.1 user: admin pass: admin
    4. On the Setup TAB: Internet connection type should be: Automatic Configuration DHCP
    5. On the Setup TAB: DHCP Server is enabled.
    6. On the Setup TAB: Router IP: Change Local IP Address to: 10.10.10.1 with Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
    7. Click Save Settings button.
    8. Turn off router.
    9. Connect router to bayantel modem. (Make sure bayantel modem is also off)
    10. Turn on first bayantel modem. Wait for 5 secs turn on the Router.
    11. Connect to your wireless.

I'm assuming wireless configuration is working since you've said that it's working when you are using PLDT. I'm also assuming na ang IP sa bayantel is 192.168.1.1 as it was posted which there is a conflict on the IP address of the router and bayantel. Kung ma follow lang na nimo then you're good to go. Good luck.
