is this the same house na for rent at P6k/month a few months back? Now it's 8k. any improvement done on the house?

There are 3units in a row, the last 2unit was advertised before at 6 and 6.5k and presently occupied na. This one is the ist unit w/ orange paint and balcony in front is the one that will be vacant tom.

Kindly contact the owner maam coz as far as I know P7.5K na sya last year. 2 mos. deposit +1 mo/advance. pero since dili naman complete 1 mo. ang Feb.if mo move in mo this mo. then ang bayaran nalang is the 2 mos. deposit + the days you start til end of Feb. pro rate
