Unless you have a pre nuptial agreement stipulating the kind of property regime that you prefer, our laws automatically provide for the absolute community of property regime. Meaning, whatever you have is mine and whatever mine is yours.

And we are not talking here of impeachment. We are talking here of the strong possibility that the first couple or the first family might have hidden wealth stashed and kept in European banks. Maybe you forgot about the crime of plunder! Plus hiding enormous wealth out of proportion of their income amounts to graft and corruption, an impeachable offense.

1. he cannot present any evidence
2. he refuses to even verify the truth of his own allegations

The Germans must be laughing their butts off at this idiot who didn't know enough to keep his mouth shut where he can't produce any concrete evidence. Our opposition lawmakers are making a show of themselves everywhere, from Germany to the White House, displaying their stupidity for all to see.

Allow him to open the boxes of evidence. The problem with the Arroyo's is that they want to have their cake and eat it too. They say Cayetano cannot present any evidence but yet they wont allow a formal investigation and trial over the matter.

The certification does not tell the truth about the account on the following grounds:

1. Cayetano did not say that the account is in the name of Big Mike Arroyo. Naturally, the German Bank would certify that there is no such account in such name. For all we know, it could be in the name of Mikey Arroyo. We are not sure if what is not existent is the account number or the account owner.

2. The account numbers dont match. Big Mike's account had an extra digit.

3. The account could have been deposited in a neighboring country where the bank had a branch like Austria for example.

There are so many questions left unanswered. Before Cayetano should apologize, everything must be exhausted for the truth to come out.

You got to be kidding me. Rep Cayetano cannot be held liable for libel. He is immune from it. If I were Cayetano's lawyer my defense is that the expose is done by virtue of a legal proceeding, an impeachment complaint. Besides the burden of proof in proving that there is malice is on Big Mike.

And why do you harp on the number mentioned by Cayetano. You are assuming that Big Mike Arroyo's number is the correct one? That remains to be seen.

The harassment is clear. Knowing he cannot score in filing charges before the regular courts, Big Mike wants to throw his weight around in Congress by again influencing, buying and pressuring Congressmen into voting cayetano's ouster. But I doubt if they could muster 159 votes for Rep Cayetano's expulsion. Even if there are more administation congressmen, expelling out a member would not sit well with the Congressmen. Its a natural thing to rally behind a colleague.

Medyo garapalan na kung magpapadala pa sila sa sulsol at suhol ni Big Mike. I welcome the investigation. Let truth come out. Darating din tayo sa katotohanan. Kaya kung ako sa yo wag ka munang nakasigurado.
