there is only a fixed maximum upper limitation of the number of road users.
above that limitation, mao na ang problema na.
traffic management starts from that figure.

kani effective ni nga suggestion..
Place railings on sidewalks..
pedestrian crossings on selected areas only..or on skywalk..
so fastlane tana kalsada.. no stopping.. on corners.. naa ra designated na terminals..
maglakaw ang layu..!mas maayu para excercise..
mga every 1km lng ang stop stations..no stopping in between..
hehehe... murag train style.. pero dyip lng..
