bro kung connection sa lang ang hisgutan kaya sa vpn but the problem is the bandwidth. Kung LOS ok unta pero dili makita ang site B sa site A so dili advisable.
Try vPN and if posible dedicate 1 ISP for the tunnel then test and observe.
