I think hybrid xfire will only work with an ATI/AMD card. on top of that, you will also need a 3xxx or 2xxx ati/amd video card in order to do that. Correct me if I'm wrong.

let me clarify you also on what you have posted.

it seems like you know everything naman, but then ikaw ra diay nakasabot sa imo gi-post. the topic here is not a hybrid crossfire/sli but the Physx thing.

the TS is asking if it is possible to use the onboard ATI graphics for primary then the 9800GTX for physx.

mga bro i have a built-n vcard in my ecs a890gxm-a which is hd4290 and a vcard na 9800gtx(thnx to carlotech na na au twn ako card. ) sa pci-e slot can i use the card for physx or what, just wana try something like naa man uban need 2 cards dha for sli n crossfire for me if pwede ni i want to connect my 9800gtx to the built-n na hd4290 can this be done? just want to know, if pwede basin ako ni expermintohan..

btw bai, you can use the 9800GTX as primary kay enable naman ang PhysX ana since wala man ka nag ATI + nVidia setup.
