When vehicles die, get crashed by another, or needs some tire changing or other vehicle needs.
Don't just stop in the middle of the road but instead move to the nearest side where you can safely park your car and do your ramblings...

fix all the potholes, badlongon ang mcwd for making potholes nya dele tabunan dayon, stonger implementation of rules to the taxis and jeeps aron dele magpa badlong ug pasakay sa mga pasahero relative roads in cebu are great..naa lang daghan mgpa badlong nga ma stck up nuon
