n95 8gb memory full/carosuel in use prob. ==> need help!

Guys akong n95 8gb di na siya kadawat ug message(even i know naa message kay cge show/blink iyang new message sign) di nko ka save contacts, di nko ka use camera or any application. mu ana ra siya ug
"memory full delete some old data from phone memory" or something liek this.
pag ako e on-off mu gawas ang:
Carousel already in use
or
Carousel: not enough memory to perform operation, delete some data first.

wla ka abot ug 1gb akong stored mem mga 500+mb ra akong data.

naay ni ingun nko na kailangan ni e reformat/flashing but my concern is mawala akong mga contacts which is very impt nko since work related man.

-are there other alternatives on how to fix my phone?
-is it true na ma apil ug ka delete akong contacts?
-i cant seem to copy or backup my contacts using the nokia application sa akong PC, unsaun mani pag copy from phone to PC para after mapa reformat nko ill copy back my contacts to my phone nlng.

since built-in ang mem ana bro.. go to contacts->Mark All-> Copy bus card->to other mem..

then connect your phone to your PC as MASS STORAGE.. go to OTHERS->Contacts then copy all the files there and save it somewhere sa imo PC..

format your phone by dialing-->*#7370# default sec code is 12345

or by:
**turn off phone
**press and Hold the following three buttons: the green Call Answer button, the “*” button, and the number “3″ button.
**while holding these buttons, turn on the phone and keep holding the keys untill you see the Nokia logo

after sa format.. connect your phone to your PC and copy the vcf files you saved and paste it on E:/Mass Storage/Others/Contacts

you can restore your contacts by going to contacts->Mark All-> Copy bus card->from other mem..

or you can synch your contacts via OVI SUITE bro.. just download the latest version and you're good to go..

if di madag format bro just update the firmware to the latest version.. dial *#0000# to check your current version.. i think v35 ang latest sa n95 8gb (not sure though lols)

u can update your FW in a lot of ways.. google lang gamay bro kay kapoy na type.. haha!
