dapat naa kay daghan ka backlinks from quality sites, meaning interesting imo site kay daghan ni link dha sa imoha pero this is just 1 way of achieving PR

I agree with this. If you search in Google, all the articles will really point out having an informative and unique content and updating it once in a while. Say at least 2 post per week.
