@aenigma - yes bro 10hrs ra ang usage per pc per day and operation is 24hours..

di man ni pasabot na mapuno jud. we only need 10hrs usage per computer in 24hours.. kung nindot ug location and service makuha jud dayon ang ROI..

ang puhunan depende ra masabotan kinsa mangapil.. di lang ni for icafe business.. open sad ni sa lain na business.. share lang mo ug ideas ninyo.. im now saving money for this project.. open ug active pa gihapon ni sa tanan. (ayaw lang na lending na business ky malugi ug mapordoy ang nangutang)

Instead of forming a corporation, I suggest that you form a partnership. Sa corporation man gud, decisions regarding the business can be stalemated by the conflicting views of the board of directors. While sa partnership pwd ra mo mag-appoint ug managing partner. But don't worry kung mupalpak ang decision sa managing partner coz he can be personally liable. Your rights as partners are protected under the Civil Code. Just make sure that you have registered your partnership.
