You can buy a cheap Amd dual core system, Theyr Good value, since they give radeons for free. At least, it will help you OpenGL CAD program.
With enough ram and storage and a 64-bit os, these apps coukd have 64bit versions you might take afvantage of.

mao lage.. lisord ni kulang budget bro@werty....but according to AUTOCAD , sys requirements is pentium 4 or AMD athlon dual core, 3.0 ghz or higher with SSE2 technology,, 2 gig RAM, 1280x1024 true color video display..128 mb or greater....
