this is a good idea... but the problem is, i do not trust my government to have so much power over me. if only i can trust them.
Most European countries is using GSM (with SIM card, US is mostly CDMA no SIM card) and they don't require you an ID when buying a SIM card however they are doing fine.
If ang target ani is mga organized crime then this will fail. Makakuha man gani ta ug fake diploma or any kind of ID, even birth certificate.
Siguro if they should train and acquire the technology of triangulating the location of a cellphone using cell towers and satellite mas effective pa na. they only need to get the MEID of the cellphone which is unique to every phone. bisan mag ilis2x pa ug SIM card kay ang MEID sa phone lisod man ilisan or dili mailisan.
kadungog namo ug postpaid number nga gigamit sa crime? ako wla pa.. usually prepaid jud ang gamit.. ngano kaha?
