Expect the price to be about the same as a PS3.
I remember the first gen PSP I bought it cost Php 22,000 from iTech with Tekken 5 DR UMD.
That PSP felt it was very well built and sturdy - feels expensive. Will the NGP be as great a quality? Hopefully.
First day buy for me.
