    For new accounts its pretty easy to get promoted, probably in 1 or 2 months in operations there is a chance you will be promoted even to a management position but for accounts thats been operating for quite some time already even if you are the top agent what you normally get is just the incentive unless again there is an opening for a new spot w/c is typically won over politics.

    regarding promotion.. kadto nag OJT ko sa GMA.. mga 6months pud to
    kasagaran mga employee didto kai mao ra ila position for the last 10 - 20 years or more.. wala nai lihok2x
    ang head sa engineering (sir antoy) na pulihan ra kadto ni retire na siya.
    naa pud sila mga politics issue didto station

    kahibaw ko ani gamay kia naa ko duwa an nga ingon ani sa balay sauna
    ako server kai asterisk
    ako FXO adapters kai sa linksys (SPA-XXXX)
    ako FXS adpaters kai sa linksys gihapon (PAP2)
    ako SIP trunk sauna kai FWD (libre paman to sauna)
    ang mga softphone ... depende na kung asa maka libre
    wala lang ko maka palit ug GSM voip gateway nga eqp kai murag walai baligya sa cebu

    pero sa corporate user..
    kasagran gi pang gamit kai avaya softphone
    sa hardphone kai kanang sa cisco ug AVAYA (callmaster model)

    Ayaw palaban sa Search Engines ha?

    For accounts that have been operating for quite sometime. mas dako ug possibilty na ma promote ang mga performers kay cge mana ug ramp.. cge dugang ug teams... And in order for you na ma notice sa management, you have to do extra tasks.. like pro-actively own some reports sa imong supervisor or those kind of stuff.. its not really kissing ass but more on how to make them notice your skills and potential.. and.. di man jud mawala ang politics but dili kau na rampant sa call centers kay you have to undergo a panel of interviewers na dili nimo kaila. BEEN THERE DONE THAT! hahaha

    Ang mga tao man gud karon naanad na sa traditional type of job,., like mag lingkod lang sa office trabaho gamay and magpalanay nalang taman mahuman ang shift.. dili sila ganahan sa call center kay you have to work till the last minute of your rendered time. mao ni akong ganahan pud sa call center kay may ma adapt nimo ang the way mo work ang americans na detail oriented kaayo.. aand every now and them mo change ug strategy to address a specific issue..

    I think tanan private sector maigo man jud ani .ang dili maigo ang nasa goberno.. bisan 25% effective nalang sa work di japon ma retrench kay "STABLE JOB" lagi kunuhay,.. and then ang mag suffer ang public kay di na ma serbesyohan ug tarung

    --perfect example would be the Member workstations - Domain Controller. Domain Controller is the server machine that runs Active Directory Domain services for centralized management of user/computer accounts, security groups and Group policy updates for member workstations joined in the AD Domains.

    2) What are the two types of Server? Describe each.
    -- 1) Domain Controller. 2)Member Server like SMS/Deployment, DNS, DHCP, Email (Microsoft Exchange/POP3), Database, File, Print, Web/Application, VPN, PBX

    kanang #1 sa Q2... nag hisgot man amo email support ana hahaha..
    VOIP PABX ako gi kalingawan karon.. pang home use lang gud.. ang lastest update sa asterisk kai pwede daw ma integrate ang sa system ang skype
    wala palang ko spare CPU aron pwede ma testingan
