discipline is the solution, clean our own drainage sa balay pa lang, proper waste disposal don't throw plastic just anywhere... then to our city government they must have proper maintenance including but not limited to cleaning, repairing and monitoring, proper waste management is the key, each barangay with the leadership of the barangay captain should monitor and report the status of the drainage in their area to the city government so that poper action must be done, and STOP corruption, budget for the maintenance of our drainage system must be maximized to the fullest, dili intawun ibulsa sa pipila lang ka tao.
