    dli na sila mo pick up sa bayad basta outside cebu city na.. murag ang ilang gusto kanang duol ra sa syudad. talisay man amo duol ra unta pero prefer cguro sila nga cebu city ra gyud para duol ra ig hatud kung mag tow sila hehe..

    share lang sad ko ako experience before ha... i dont know if ma impress bako ani gi buhat or not hehe.. I notice nga flat ako tire while naka park nako sa amo office... i called them and waited in the office... our lobby guard called me on the phone that naa daw taga wheelers nangita nako.. So i went outside and to my surprise ila na gi tire jack ako eventhough they dont have access to my spare wheel hahaha and ako spare wheel kay buslot pajud haha.. so ako nalang gi pa tow... so the point here is , angay bako ma impress nga nag una2x cla og action sa ako car without me telling them? hahaha hinuon no damage was done..

    2 times na me nitawag for help from them and unfortunately walay available tow truck to service us.

    First time: Naguba ang clutch sa akong office mate. sportage na black. Stop me dapit sa SM. Tawag me sa wheelers for assistance. Magpa-tow me padung shop sa reclamation since mao na kinaduolan na shop. Gitubag me na naa daw sila servicesan and mga 6pm pa pwde. lols.. sige ibilin lang sa sa tunga sa road ang sakyanan balikon lang later hahaha. FAILED!

    Second time: ME! Last monday, 11-22-10. Nahurot akong battery sa M.J Cuenco man siguro to na lugar mga 8am, gisugo nako ang taga office na tawagan ang wheelers, kay sun ra akong loaded na mobile phone. globe man siguro to ilang mobile number. Ang naka tubag, murag suko daw kay mag pa tabang me, nya busy daw sila ato na adlaw. [unsay labot namo kung busy sila? we paid for the service right?] although cheap lang ang bayad still dapat mu comply sila sa agreement namo.

    To make things short. Mao ni akong gustong e-point out sa mgmt sa wheeler kung nag basa sya ani.

    Commitment sa service. I know that you're doing your best para maka serve sa tanan, but it's just not enough. Sige mo dawat ug member dapat sige sad mo dugang service tow trucks. if not pwede siguro bisag tao inyong ipadala for problems like jump start para maka assist. 700 is small but its still something. Please look at this as an eye opener para mas mu nindot ang service ninyo wheelers.

    By the way, nag duha duha na akong office kung mag pa renew pa siya sa wheelers after sa subsequent incidents. Usa ra sya ka tao pero his experience with wheelers can and will affect your business.

    Btaw...kung nagkadaghan members dapat mag dugang clag mga tow trucks...murag 2 raman jud akong nakit-an diha...

    naay laing mga ingon ani nga service aside from Wheeler's? magpa-member unta ko mga ingon ani just in case mamatyan ko tapos di na mustart ang car...thanks

    Last Sep12-2011, my car wont start. I dont have any expertise with cars/trucks, but if it were a computer, I wouldnt have bothered calling for help.

    Called up WC (Wheeler's Club) and said that the driver who first responded to my request in the past, complained that our area had no sufficient access. The one who answered my call wasnt the regular phone attendant, but he sounded so arrogant and hesitant to render service to me. At this very moment, I felt that they have breached the terms of their own contract.

    I was shaking in anger. Called them again, but this time I decided to record the conversation. After explaining to them that our area is passable, they said that they even had one of their customer's membership revoked because of this similar issue. It was as if he was putting words into my mouth that it's better for me to just revoke my membership as well. WHAT THE... ? That's it? That's what they call customer service? What a lousy company: cutting off their customers who arent favorable to them.



    I see WC and similar companies like an "ambulance" to vehicles in need. What if, God forbid, it were your mom who needed medical attention ASAP, you then called an ambulance and was told that they couldnt assist you because they couldnt get through your place. Adding insult to injury, they'd tell you might as well cut off your services with them.

    If someone's reading this post right now, get some sense from this experience. It might sound as if my case is isolated, but hey, what if this would happen to you?

    You might wanna try a different towing service. There's one where their main office is located in Minglanilla (South) but their boundaries of service is similar to WC. The better thing here is that they have their own car shop. Whatever the name is, it's located on the yellow pages under "Towing".

    As a concerned motorists, have some time to research for other towing services and car service centers out there. You will never know when you'll be needing one.
