guys, kinsay marketing service associate dinhe?
okay ra ba ni ang XLIBRIS?
unsa ilang recruitment process ron? Ganahan jud ko apply sa marketing service associate position.
4 months na ko diri na company, so far so good, well wala man tingai perfect na company noh, but i love what i do, ang sturya sa uban probably daw ang reason why i love my job so much is because its my first, basin naa sad silay point pero lingaw man kaayu ko, dili sayon ang pag apply, LISUD ang training (idk sa uban departments, sa operations man ko na belong) pero its all worth it, di sayon ang trabaho pero wa sad jud ko nag expect nga sayon cya kay i dont think id be paid that much if id be doing simple tasks.
About sa sturya2 na kalit2 ug taktak, well if di ka performer whats the point of keeping you in the company dba? And di man sad sila mo derecho ug terminate, they give you time to make up for your deficiency.
Pero idk about sa sales department hah, they come and go man sad jud nuon tungod sa quota, pero ang mga naninguha sa sales aw dato jud kaayu sila. mao rana akong ma sulti.
You seriously don't have a clue. It is a self publishing company, not vanity publishing, you won't know the difference if wa ka kahibaw sa process sa traditional publishing. And its not Authorware, its Authorhouse, mao ni pasabot sa ni comment, not xlib. The company sells publishing and marketing services, we also sell books that our authors published. We evaluate all materials before dawaton ang project, if naay issues ang manuscript or ang uban materials na gi submit, we advise the author if ganahan ba niya usbon pero if di cya ganahan aw refund kay ang company man ang ma kiha if ever. "Bati" is relative, the goal of the company is to make writers become published authors, most authors go with self publishing for self-satisfaction ang uban kay way ni nila para ma discover sa mga traditional publishers, example kay ang legally blonde, self published book nga gi kuha sa traditional publisher then made to a movie.
Of course its about money, it should be, business baya na, you pay us and we'll make you an author. Pareha rana anang mga indie bands. About hand selling, authors have the liberty to price their books if sila mismo mo sell, for me this is the best way of earning, depende ra jud nas diskarte. Authors can order books at author rates naa pa jud na discount if bulk order. Depende na nila if times 10 ilang i-price inig tinda kay walay naka indicate na price ang barcode unlike most books, reason for that is, the books are distributed to different resellers, some naay own printers so mag differ ang production cost, but they can never sell the book lower than what the author chose.
