I saw someone last week.. lying on the road in TISA.. near brgy hall.. gi.atake sa PATOL... people just look at the poor guy.. Murag buang kay nag buwa buwa ang baba... he just practically laid on the sun hot asphalt...

I didnt' do anything because I don't have proper medical assistance to help the poor guy... ultimately a brgy tanod helped him up after his seizure...

actually in cases like ds one all you can do is keep her/his safe nalang,assist ka nga dili mapantok iya head or prevent further injury.kay wala naman ta ma do basta seizure eventually it will end raman in back to normal na after,but sometime in severe cases or worst attack nga nagkinahanglan na medical atention.

Every year we are trained with Basic First Aid, and CPR. If wala jud lain mo help, I might. Pero if car or motorcycle accident, better not touch or move him unless if necessary. But make sure you check for some spinal and/or head injury.

The story of the good samaritan is not so easy in this day and age.

Kung imo tabangan, without proper training, we might do more harm than good.

the least you can do to help.... is call for help....

I've done it several times... told the guy "don't sleep" he was hit by a car diha sa mai lapu lapu dan padung mactan doc...

naa pajud siya back ride 2 girls... nga na angol... ga motor sila nya ni counter flow sa L300 van.... nang lupad sila... (with no helmet) the 2 girls I think broke their legs.... and was badly injured... told the people to give breathing space... and to not touch the victims.... just talk to them....

but the driver is coughing blood... and wasn't answering... 20 minutes later the ambulance arrived... (they're late) tsk2x... I think that guy died....

find someone who have.... or find a land line...

I would deflinitely figure out a way how to help a person if I could, out of sympathy and not just simply because of curiosity.

But if ever I see a person who'\s as BLOODY drunk as a dotard, I wouldn\'t waste my oxygen in helping out a pathetic waste of human life.
