I've heard about this too. Sa Capiz daw naa usa ka barangay didto nga puros aswang. There's a Tagalog movie man gani based on one incident of that place. Story is that the teacher was invited by her co teacher, who is from Capiz, for a fiesta. It turned out that the place is inhabited by aswangs and that the invited guest turned out to be the main course. Good thing the teacher was able to escape before the cauldron becomes her bed. Don't know if its true but the movie says it's based on a true story.
