Hmmmm CCTV could help with implementation but that is one small aspect of the overall picture, that if we can do the camera thing right ... id rather we place budget for cameras to fix our roads first

Most (probably all) bottlenecks revolve around public utility "hotspots". I notice this a lot when I was on my motorbike since I can just squeeze through the jeepney stops a.k.a "roadside jeepney terminal" and after squeezing through I notice that there is hardly any traffic in front of them. Just clear traffic-less roads. Until you get to the next jeepney stop.

They really should stop using jeepney stops as jeepney terminals... :l

Stop, pick up passengers and just go... instead of parking there and waiting for the guy or girl thats around 1KM away walking towards the stop.

I totally agree with you on this .... I really don't understand why they are allowed to park on the side of our small roads stopping traffic behind them. It really seems like the Wild west ...

Sakto gyud harvz, basta mag awto ko pirting dugaya gyud nako maka lusot dinha. Takes me an hour to get from the house to the office when I'm on 4 wheels and only 30 mins when I'm on the motorbike. Even on the mountain bike I still take 30-45 mins... still faster than my travel time on 4 wheels.

    a) total demolition on road side vendors - shoot to kill if necessary...hahahha...joke..
b.) ban tiangge-on-wheels - kabantay mu anang mga multicab mamaligya ug prutas, diba magpark ra cge sa roadside...daun magpundok mga tao...lugi pa gyud mga nasa merkado, bayad pa sila rent ug sa cityhall...
c.) disallow wakes on kapilyas on pocket roads - kabantay mu anang mag-haya sa dan, na piritng dakua sa tent? maglisud na agi mga sakyanan... makadecongest unta ug traffic ang pocket roads, ma clog up naman nuon..
    d)lessen processions, parades, etc...
e.) penalized lazy citoms... citom igu ra magtanga...mukaon pa gani sa mga illegal vendors...hinoun, sa SPEED nang trabaho mangdemolition...pero wala gyud sila nakabadlong intawn...
    f.) widen certain roads...
g.)award citoms performing their job well...

    - just some fleeting ideas in my mind...will add more later...
