    you mean JOOMLA?

    Joomla is an Opensource program project that is mainly written in PHP and MYSQL platform database...... that manages data content dynamically without doing too much programming on it. You can download it freely and free to use of course! You can use it local or upload it to your newly registered domain.

    You also need what OPENSOURCE means...
    OPENSOURCE in lay mans's term..... it's just a project open to anyone. Source codes are revealed in public without asking for money. Developers and programmers all over the world can contribute to the main developer about program modifications.

    ISTORYA.NET
    is also using Opensource forum program, that is called "vBulletin". The program is free to use

    If you are an experienced programmer, you don't need ebook to mess with it.

    to make it simplier....

    OPENSOURCE = FREE

    OT lang, last time I checked dili man free to use ang vBulletin? And no, you can see the source code since it's not compiled, but it's not open source.
