I have to both agree and disagree.
Sinulog this year seemed to have more big happenings which is a big plus plus to this year but the downside was the annoying cars, who disturbed the peace of people who decided to just walk. It caused so much foot traffic everywhere. Foot Traffic, Crowded Passageways, and inconvenience to most people. Unlike last year where barely any cars were there to disturb the peace.
