    bitaw mao sad na ako problem ambot murag na a lkanse man jud ko ani ako wifi... bitaw sakto jud na if ganahan ka terminate account instantly wla tawag2x....ayaw bayari....hehehehe

    mao man sad na ako problem nila 1 week nawala ang connection then ni balik after two weeks then after two months nwala nasa then two after two months nila na balik...then na a pa ila customer service na mga gwapa kaayo pero wlay gamit kay dli maka tabang apil sad na ila *1888 na mga call center ra diay ang mo assisit nimo na paminaw nako wla jud mga hanaw sa pc and networking.... makalagot kay kada call nimo balik2x ang question...

    dependi na bai kay ako maka abot man ko ana, bacin imo antenna dli maayo ug view sa ila base station... in fairness ako connection kusog pa sa ako bro na PLDT plan 1995.....mao mana ako problem sa una then ila man gi balhin ang location.... dri sa mo location 3 ka base station ang makita sa amo roof.... mao to ila gipangita an asa maayo...

    sa ila sub con sad na dri cebu na pwerting mga aporado kaayo dali2x on ka bisag wla pa ma stable ang imo connection i close lagi diretso....

    1 month plus nako wa kabayad bro, mana ko contract nako for 1 year.. ang meridian ingon na dapat daw makadawat ko ug letter from smart stating na ang ako bayronon every month kay P999 na daw.. pero wa man jud ko kadawat... so, d last time ni bayad ko sa new office nila sa mabolo with smart ingon ko hulat rako sa letter, never came so hulat hulat lang japon ko ani... wa man pud ni disconnect.. bhala cla.. nindot jud bitaw ang globe kuno.

    pareho na sa ako sa una bro, dugay niaabot ang letter from smart, pag-abot ana 999 na imo bayranan naa pa jud one time fee, but na terminate na hinoon ako smart bro (meridian) w/out any hassles. dali ra man kaayo.

    so far im satisfied service sa smart. ug my boardmates kay kaming tanan naa man sa smart bro.. paspas man siya gyud. nag atubang mi sa antenna nila dire tlamban sa may gullas... paspas gyud as in no doubt... dpende ra siguro gyud na sa location nila. usahay mu down siya but dako na 5 hours balik ra man daun.

    no question about smart bro bandwidth, NAT technology ang di nako ganahan nila, one IP ra tanan subscriber sa usa ka base station. about disconnections, it can easily be solved by changing color codes or resetting in the portal.

    lisod diay magpa-terminate ug account noh? plano raba jud tawn nako magpaterminate sometime next week. ive been subscribed to smartbro for the past year and 4 months cguro.. usahay nay problema, usahay wala. pero recently, wa jud koy connection. mga 1 week na cguro. and all because of their crazy system na bayad2x. at first, naka-agwanta rako atong prepaid style na if ever na-late ug bayad, putlan since na-amiga naman toh nako ang taga-meridian. but eversince they turned over their records to smart, wala nakoy ma-contact except the lousy people behind the 1-800 tech support. cge lang ingon, "paki-observe lang po maam ng connection nyo for the next 24hours" and to think they cut me off for no reason at all!! my account expired kuno last aug.28 when my smartbro (the new one) bill stated na my cut-off date is sept. 4! nya ang naka-libog was that nibayad pa jud ko pag aug.28 sa smart sa SM! so of course they gave me an activation key..pero d namn nuon ko ka-connect sa internet. gisapot na jud ko!!!
